The inaugural Elite tournament of the season unfolded in the picturesque setting of Vöcklabruck on the 2nd and 3rd of September. Among the contenders in the Men's singles category were Markus and Himanshu, showcasing their prowess on the court.

In a field that comprised the finest 32 players in Austria, Markus displayed commendable skill and determination. He emerged victorious in three out of his five matches, thereby securing a respectable 19th place in the overall standings. His performance demonstrated his competitive spirit and potential for future successes.

Himanshu, although facing tough competition, gave it his all. He managed to clinch victory in two out of his five matches, ultimately landing in the 26th position.
